I got a Sun Optics CR-FTS2 for use with the magnifier I bought for my Kel-Tec KSG shotgun. There was a problem with the part I got, so I contacted Jim at Sun Optics. After looking at the pictures I sent, he quickly agreed there was a problem and sent me a replacement unit.

The replacement unit has a new design I like better than the original. It's easy to use and should be no problem in the future.

Many thanks to Jim at Sun Optics, this is what customer service is supposed to be.
